Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, installation or service address, details of your request, and information you choose to send in a conversation. When you use our Facebook Messenger chatbot, Meta may provide us with your Page interaction and Messenger identifier together with the messages you send.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange installations and repairs, provide customer support, maintain conversation context, prevent abuse, and keep business records. We may send follow-up messages about a request you made. We do not treat an enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing.

Chatbot and Facebook Messenger

Our chatbot is provided through our service infrastructure. Messages are processed so that we can answer questions and, when you request assistance, capture the details needed to contact you. Facebook Messenger interactions are also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, payment card details or other information that you do not want included in your enquiry record.

Sharing and service providers

We may use trusted service providers to host the website, operate the chatbot, store enquiry records, deliver email, and provide business systems such as our customer relationship management system. They may process information only to provide services to us. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry, provide services, maintain business and legal records, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
