Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of personal information that JHB Roller Doors holds from website forms, chatbot conversations, Facebook Messenger enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries or related customer records.

How to request deletion

Email sales@jhbrollerdoors.co.za with the subject Personal data deletion request. Include the name and contact details used in your enquiry and, if relevant, the Facebook Page or approximate date of the conversation so that we can locate the correct record.

Important: Please do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents by email unless we specifically request a secure alternative.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify it where reasonably necessary to protect the account holder, and delete or anonymise eligible information within a reasonable period, subject to information we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Deletion from Facebook or Messenger may also require action in your Meta account; Meta's own policies and controls apply to data held by Meta.
